Group 3 Super Simple Scallops
Have made and reviewed Baby Kato's " Bolo De Cereveja - Beer Cake - Portugal" and Jubes " Yummy Baked Taters or Wedges".
Both delightfully easy and flavorful ! Sorry no photos, DH is having hip replacement this week and just "not in the mood" !!

Thanks, ladies -- me too ! He is one of those "never been sick or helpless" guys -- and doesn't take well to even temporary infirmity !!

I have made Steamed Eggs (Kai Meung) but haven't peeled and eaten them yet. I plan on having some on my salad tonight and will post my photo and review later.

Hi Everyone!! Tristine aka Chef Buggsy Mate is unable to get to a computer for awhile and I am here to post her "Review" on Leggy Peggy's Juice Cocktail until she is able to get to a computer and post it herself.....hope this is ok!
Per Chef Buggsy Mate:
"Nice and Refreshing! I might try using it for a base to my tomato soup as I think it would add a nice depth of flavor"
