    how long do you cook the goat? and for what temperature?

    It is braised, so it is cooked at a very mild simmer, not by temperature. The time will depend upon the relative size of the pieces and age of the animal. It's similar to braising lamb, so my guess would be somewhere in the range of 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
