    The person that posted the 7 Up Cake recipe in question does not frost the cake, they dust the finished cake with confectioner's sugar.

    You would have to contact the person that took the photo of that recipe and ask them what frosting recipe they used.

    This recipe (7-Up Bundt Cake) includes ingredients and directions for a lemon frosting.
