    I want' to make a gluten free/egg free bread that calls for coconut flour as one of its ingredients. Does anyone know of a good flour substitute for coconut flour. the recipe is #439822.

    It is only a small amount - nut meal of any type you prefer. If you don't do nut flours, then consider cornflour or sorghum flour - or even just tapioca flour, cornstarch, or arrowroot,
