Peggy you got a vote here, too plus I posted it on my FB and Pintrest accounts, hope friends will vote, too.

In sitcking with the theme of the forum, I got in my smaller jeans again today. Doesn't show on the scales but clothes wise it does.

    in the right direction.
Thanks so much for the vote and for spreading the word. Really appreciated.

Just checking in, seems like everyone is getting a little slower at posting, Is it because tomorrow is the first day of Spring?

Congratulations, Jacqueline, on getting into the jeans.

I went to my doctor today. It was an okay visit. She wants me to have the blood tests. She also wants me to let them put a tube down my windpipe and find out what's happening in my lungs.
The minibus to giv e us a ride home went to the wrong suite. Luckily Tom was able to get down there and have them drive around and get us.

Congratulations Jackie on getting into those jeans!

Laurie - fingers crossed for your bloodwork. The tube down the throat thing doesn't sound so pleasant though icon_confused.gif Still you have to do what's necessary to get better.

Not much in the way of formal exercise happening here this week but some awesome news. The house sold firm last night. Yippee! Tomorrow we are going house hunting. Pretty soon I'll be getting my exercise from packing icon_wink.gif

K9, I am way past casual housekeeper. My kids decide to name every time we clean (They wanted to name today Spring Break Cleaning Day). icon_twisted.gif Well I am not that bad, but I really don't like cleaning. Congrats on getting the house sold. Pet hair can be such a chore, when we had our short hair cat last spring I was sweeping and watched her hair just float up and over the broom and resettle where I just swept. I ended up pinning a microfiber cloth to the swiffer wet jet to pick up all those fine hairs.

Laury, happy to see you got out to the Playhouse, even just the socializing will be good for you. I hope you get your tests done with soon and get some more answers, both things the Lung Dr suggested don't seem too pleasant, but I would probably go with the down the throat personally, as I would hate to have more scars.

Jacqueline, hope PT went well for you. Good for you getting back on the elliptical and eating the best you can. Smaller jeans good for you.

Leggy Peggy, I voted for you.

Me, well the world finally stopped being wobbly yesterday, I was feeling so much better, sitting up, not feeling shaky. I had spent Saturday afternoon and all Sunday on the couch watching tv. I was feeling so much better and wanted something other than coffee to drink so I had a cup of OJ, well by the time I finished it my throat was killing me again. It was fine for the past few days, I was finally drinking water again. It is still a little sore today, I am still a little stuffy. But since the world wasn't wobbling I cleaned house for 3 hours today. I swept, cleaned the tub, bathroom sink, even the toilet, cleaned the inside of the patio door and my SUV's windshield, vacuumed my room and the rugs by the doors, and the cat hair off the couch and my computer chair. Then tonight did 3 loads of laundry. I even had the kids cleaning today, their rooms, they even helped clean the front window, and my son was out picking up garbage and mopping the floors. Hence why they wanted to name today a cleaning day.

Just a quick check-in here, not much going on. My scale didn't move again. I haven't been to Zumba yet this week. I wasn't feeling well Monday and had something else I needed to do after work yesterday. I told DH last night I NEED to go tonight, I miss it. I have still been doing my squats and pushups in the restroom at work though. I'm tired of being tired all the time, darn it!

Oh gosh tasb, you made me laugh. I'm a casual housekeeper too.
Life is too short to obsess about dust. I do a massive clean about once
every three months. Every book comes out of the bookshelves and is
dusted and all cupboards are emptied, cleaned and reorganised.

There's some interim dusting and such, and the whole house is mopped
and vacuumed once a week, but that's it. Showers are done weekly.
Every day, the dishes get done and the kitchen is spruced up.

I laughed about your cleaning day and thought it should be called
'Coming Out of Feeling Like Crap Cleaning Day' although that didn't apply
    to your kids.

Thanks for the vote, too,. You can vote every day.

Jacqueline and Laury -- hope every day gets easier for you both.

K9, so pleased to know your house has sold.

Who else is lurking? Please drop in a say hello. You don't need to
comment on everyone's activities. Just say hi.

K9 Owned, congratulations on selling your home. Good luck with your finding a new home to purchase.

Leggy Peggy, I voted for you again on Facebook, PinInterest and Twitter.

tasb, I hope your throat stops hurting soon. I think it's great having your children help clean and more than just their rooms. As Tom was growing up, his parents made sure that he knew how to cook, clean and do laundry. Rarely does he ever have a problem doing it now.

Alisa Lee, you will find the scale will move soon. I hope that you get to Zumba tonight.

Leggy Peggy, I do about the same with taking all my books off the shelves and dusting everything. I do it around twice a year or whenever Tom isn't around for a long time.

Jacqueline, I hope that you feel better soon.

At the doctor's yesterday she explained about the blood tests.
The lung doctor is testing because he feels there may be something else going on. I was concerned because some of the 14 tests seem like an overkill. She explained that they aren't.. Next Tuesday we go have the blood tests. Each week until Mid April I have one or more doctors appointments. I get so drained from them, I usually can only do 1 doctor appointment a week.

Bonne G, are you home from Peru yet? Do you have any photos we can see? Anybody else have anything you can
report? Even if you can't read or respond to everyone, please, let us know how you are doing.

Happy Spring everyone. I wish I would spring into cleaning. The girl that was helping with my housework has had some major problems and can no longer clean. Hopefully she will be able to in a few weeks/months, but for now I am on my own. I have been working on cleaning out my spice cabinet or should I say cabinets, because I had them in a double cabinet and a single one. Oh and junk over the stove cabinet, too. Been working on it for three days now, does that tell you how slow I am. Really I want it just right and that means I have moved things 100 times, but good work for the shoulder. I want everyone to know I feel fine, just can't move the shoulder as well as I'd like but I know that will come in time. I do think I have been a little "blue" lately but that is because I can't get done what I want to do.

Oh I can't believe anyone takes everything out of the cabinets every 3 months. I don't do that once a year, but I have so many cabinets that I lose things so I am trying my best to get them straight and get the things I don't use often moved to one place. I am getting a little picky in my old age. I don't want anything on my cabinets.

K9, so happy for you that your house sold. Hope you find one soon.

Tasb you amaze me at all you do.

Leggy Peggy, it would not let me vote yesterday, but I tried and will do so again today. I wish the video was longer, I was just getting into it when it ended.

Laury, I know the doctor wouldn't be doing those tests unless he thought he needed them.

Alisa, Zumba is fun, a friend of mine started teaching again Monday and although I can't move my arms I am considering going just for the leg work.

Fixing to go to lunch with my sister, so will check in on everyone tomorrow.
