    Good morning everyone!

Jacqueline, I'm sorry that Andie became ill and had to leave. Did you find anything to clean the floors. You, possibly, would want to check out http://www.howtocleananything.com/

Leslie, at my heaviest I was 229.5, Yesterday I was 147.5. I do wear my clothes fairly loose and there any no buttons or zilppers. I usually wear easy on and easy off clothes. I do want to find out what size I actually wear so I can clothes shop online if necessary.

Bonnie G, I'm pleased that you had a good weekend. Have fun in Peru!!

Alisa Lee, you have a good week also. I hope you enjoy all the things you bought at the Farmers Market.

Peggy, have fun touring Australia. I have told my sister about your blog because she is fascinated in foreign travel and she enjoys the photos.

For myself, I woke up coughing up more icky junk so no exercising again but that's okay. Tom who was sick with sore throat and stuff yesterday is no back to being just fine/ I wish I could heal that quickly without getting bronchitiis.

    Enjoy your day all!!

Hey all! Best wishes for everyone to have a good week.

I did well walking last week, I got some walking in every single day. But my eating really wasn't as great as it could have been, so I will pay more attention this week.

Bonnie, hope your trip to Peru is wonderful, I have an online friend that she and her husband often travel there to buy alpacas.

Peggy have fun on your trip, too. I haven't traveled at all in my life, maybe the next one I will be a traveler. icon_smile.gif I mean I have been to very few states even.

Laury hope your dental work goes good, is that tomorrow? Have fun clothes shopping, also.

Alisa, I have said many times I wish we had a farmer's market. I miss my dad's gardens so much, I plant a little but just am not the gardener he was. Of course I do mine in Pots because I don't want to have to work the garden and pots are easier. If my shoulder is better by Spring I may have my big one plowed but with it just being me that is kind of a waste.

Recipe Reader good luck on paying more attention to what goes in your mouth. I swear I am going to do the same thing, do good for a few days and then bang, eat whatever I can find.

We didn't find anything to clean the hard wood with but I have something that I like fine, Becky is looking and what I laugh about is, I have given her what I use but she is still looking without even trying what I have. I did buy a few groceries that I needed an found for a decent price. Decent is about all you can say because prices are so high even decent is too high.

Hope everyone has a great week and can't wait to hear from everyone.

Jacqueline, my oral surgery is Friday. It does take a while to get my body to be relaxed enough that the surgeon can put me to sleep without having problems. I plan to work on that Wednesday and Thursday. We are waiting until either tomorrow or Wednesday to shop.

I am back from bra shopping with my sister. I have done several sizes and cup sizes. The salesperson said I measure to be a 38 or 40DD from a 44DDD. What a big change and so easy to find good new bras!! I walked around with her for more than an hour. I guess that's my exercising for now and tomorrow!!! This weekend she will measure me and tell me my measurements so I can decide what size I would wear.

Quick pop in for me, I haven't exercised since Valentine's Day. I was very tired since. I had to go pick up a very strong coffee today because I really, really, really wanted to sleep. Plus I thought I had to go pick up my son today but I didn't get a hold of him so he missed his Boy's Group, so I didn't have to go to town.

I did get in some exercise, but boy I am weak today, I was having a hard time doing my Jillian 30 Day Shred, so after that I just did physio exercises and found some very tight muscles.

K9Owned and Leggy Peggy, I feel wonderful that I went down in size like that!!

tasb, I'm glad that you got a vacation from exercising for a few days. I hope that you are more awake today.

I found out last night that I exercised to much yesterday. I was not aware of it at the time. I found out because my hip cramped and let me know it was time to sit. Tom quickly got me into the bedroom with all the things I bring in. Today is a day to start getting ready to have the surgery Friday.

Good luck on your surgery Laury, I know it'll go well and you'll be glad to have it done.

tasb - maybe your body is telling you it's time to rest and you need to listen to it.

We leave for Peru tomorrow afternoon, looking forward to it as we've never been there and will have 2 weeks to explore. I'll check in when I can hoping I'll get plenty of exercise there.

Bonnie, have a fun and safe trip, can't wait to hear all about it.

Laury hope everything goes well on Friday.

Tasp, I agree with whoever said it, OK just one window open today, maybe you need the rest from exercise for a while.

Me, Friday I get to start doing some real work with my shoulder. I am sure it won't be much but it will get there slowly. I can now lift it above my head, which I shouldn't be doing, according to the doctor, but he doesn't know me, I try not to let anything get me down. Use to I'd have given it to it and probably would not be able to lift it at all, but as I get older I think I get more determined to do things. I also get to get rid of the stabilizer on Friday but I have a feeling I will probably have to use it from time to time, because sometimes it does make my shoulder feel better.

I had carpet layed on my enclosed porch, it looks so much better and is warmer, too. Some days I just like to sit and look at all the work I have done to my house and enjoy it. I never thought I'd own a house and if it hadn't been for my parents I wouldn't have. I am so thankful they left me the house and I really enjoy it and working on it, too.

Everyone have a great evening. Cold here in KY but no snow today.

Good to hear that the shoulder is improving so rapidly but please don't push it. You could set yourself back by weeks and then you'd be spitting mad.

Having a home is a lovely thing. I/we will be selling this house this year as the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) has just grown outrageously. This was a small town of 35,000 and in the past 7 years has grown to over 100,000 plus it is essentially a suburb of Toronto now. We - ok, I, want to move to a more rural area. I will miss this place though. Been here for 25 years. I am looking forward to 'nesting' again.
