I'm going to resist tagging for a while! I got an email at work from my boss distributed to *many* managers across our sites that "Liisa" will be working certain days -- including holidays! -- to help get a "project" done that is an annual event involving raises. Such as auditing what HR does -- for 1200 employees. Like I'm going to say, "no!" I told DH tonight to just expect a busy January/February. I think March will be much more calm. If I get more scarce, this would be why!

My family have all enjoyed Acadia*'s Fried Rice tonight- 5 stars from all !
I used a gluten-free soy and hoisin sauce to make this recipe gluten-free suitable.
(For Tisme that's Fountain brand Soy and Changs brand Hoisin sauce- both are found in the regular sauce or asian section of your supermarket)
I'm still IT and here are my recipes

It soon will be Australia Day! Lamington's have an iconic status in Australia and are made and eaten throughout the whole year.
Many an Aussie will be enjoying a Lamington or two on Australia Day!
Jubes is IT and here are her recipes.
(Notice you do not have no gluten free Lamington recipe posted yet Jubes)

gf cakes dont usually last long enough around me to be turned into lamingons
Maybe I should play with one of my recipes and turn it into a gluten-free lamingtons recipe
