I'm going to request an extension on Acadia's Moroccan Coffee and since I'm having difficulty finding orange blossom water I'm also going to swap out that recipe for Acadia's Candied Sweet Potatoes #305103.

    Thank you! icon_smile.gif

    wave.gif Hi Tis

I've found the tart shells- both the small size(45mm) and regular tart size(60mm) at a local importer/food warehouse storel in our area ( Bibina at Warners Bay for anyone in the Newcastle area - they have a fantastic gf range). The mini ones are 45mm and you get 12 to a pack

These ones are imported from NZ - but also they sometimes (not always) stock an Aussie made tart shell too. I bought these shells just before Christmas and they have upgraded the packet to have a cardboad sleeve around the outside of the plastic packaging.

As usual, a little more than the regular wheat versions available.....but still affordable. From memory, this pack was around $6.00

I've also seen the same pastry shells stocked in some local deli stores......but charging a bit more for them

Thanks Jules, Will take a look at the GF store....although if they are usually $6, then they will probably be about $10 at the store I go to..... icon_eek.gif icon_rolleyes.gif
They have a captive audience as there is no where else selling GF within cooee. icon_wink.gif
But will take a look and see, I will still get them anyway. icon_smile.gif

If you can't find them Tis, maybe try making your own using a mini-muffin tin for small shells or tart tins/cupcake tins for larger.

You can try my Cream Cheese Pastry - Gluten Free to make them - you can see from my photo that the pastry will hold it's shape when baked. It's a really easy recipe and the pastry isn't too difficult to manage. You can roll out this pastry too
