can't sign in on ipad

the site doesnt seem to accept my login info on my ipad. i tried logging out and back in on my computer, and ther's no problem there (it's a mac). but when i hit enter on my ipad after filling in the info, it just defaults back to a blank login screen. please help!

Try emptying your cache and deleting your cookies. Then exit internet and come back in and type our URL directly into the address field - do not use a "favorites" or "book mark."
