Enjoyed gailanng's Grilled Rosemary and Lemon Chicken #450967 and cooked extra for use later in the week

last night enjoyed mersaydees' Hunter’s Chicken #490814.....it calls for sauteing some chicken breasts and then adding them to the sauce; I just used used my leftover chicken instead

cut a thick slice of Annacia's Almond Cracked Wheat Bread (Abm) #460114, brushed with olive oil, oregano and basil, toasted it, and served the chicken and sauce over it "chicken-a-la-king" style.....it was so good! yummy.gif

Hi, Chef S. I'm not sure whether this post can count. You can leave it out if you like -- because it was done some time ago -- not right now. So by all means, keep it out of your count if you like. icon_redface.gif

Because we're only 2, there are always leftovers from roast chicken. This was Roasted Chicken With Rosemary (332826) by Scarlett516, and then re-used ...

And this is repurposed: Chicken Mashed Potato Fritters(120458), by Sharon123.

    Hi Zurie, wave.gif
I'm not going to be a total " stick in the mud ", so these
two recipes will count. This event is just basiclly to
show what can be done with leftovers. icon_smile.gif
BTW: Those photos look just WONDERFUL !!! icon_biggrin.gif

Both look good but that W/Onion gravy over white rice is still calling my name.

Can not get over how healthy and sunny that soup looks.
