    Chipotle Mexican Grill Honey Vinaigrette

    Does this dressing need to be refrigerated? I make it and when it sits in the fridge, the oil goes to the bottom of the bottle and the rest turns thick. I have to leave it sit out before it is used. I make it usually on Sunday evening and my husband takes a little each day for his salad at work.

    Actually, oil floats, not sinks, and it's the olive oil that thickens when chilled. Use another type of oil, like canola, and you won't have that problem.
