Merry Christmas to you and yours, as well! We are having some cold weather here, there were some flakes trying to make themselves known as I was getting home from church, although no real snowfall predicted before tomorrow.

Thanks! We did have a white Christmas here this year. It snowed 4-5 inches last nite and was only 3° this morning. Brrrrrr! I'm sure it will be heading your way in a day or two, so get ready.
My kids got me a Bosch Compact Mixer for Christmas so I'm excited to try it out on some bread doughs. It's supposed to be a real workhorse for heavy doughs without the overheating problems that Kitchenaids can have.

We had a good Christmas here, only MIL came this year. But we had an early, busy day none the less.
Keep us updated on the mixer. My poor KA is getting a wobbly head lately, I have opened it up 3 times so far to tighten the screws. The last time I got hubby to tighten the screws, he said I need to get a better mixer. My thought was don't tempt me, he had a heart attack when I told him the mixer I wanted cost $400, he doesn't know a professional mixer is the only step up from what I have and they are atleast 3 times that price.
