I remembered that there's a butcher shop about a 10 minute drive from here. (Speaking of shopping Annacia, it's by Cross Iron Mills - check that place out!). I'll have to go and check the shop out some day soon. I'm willing to pay more if it's a good product!

OR I could go to the Farmer's Market. It's a bit of a drive but they have meat from all over Southern Alberta. Hmmmm, I have some research to do! icon_smile.gif

WOW!! It's Edmonton Mall of the slightly south icon_biggrin.gif.......must visit there.

Nifty, I'm about 95% sure that we'll be making a trip to to De Winton/ Okotoks in the spring. Maybe we could meet up in Calgary?

Well we can't have that now can we?!

Tagging Annacia's Balsamic Brown Rice Salad #486316 This is perfect because I was just gifted some 18 yr old balsamic vinegar (might only use 1/4 C of the good stuff and then 1/4 C of regular balsamic...I want this bottle to last!). Can't wait to try this!

LifeIsGood went to the market for:
    onions
    flour
    chicken
