Nif thank you so much for your lovely photo and review of the hasselbacks but though I received notification of the review I can't see it on the recipe in the review section, all other five are there and your photo is there too, also loved the idea of the microwave, will have to give that one a go tomorrow night when we are having roast pork and I will make hasselbacks.
