I am not 100% sure, but I believe that if you hover your cursor over the blue box to the right of your icon, you should see My Menus in the second from the right column in the box that opens, even if you have no menus. If you click All My Menus, you'll go to the main menu page, and in the right hand column there will be a box with a place to create a name and a button for Create, which will create a new menu.

Or, if you are looking at a recipe that you want to be in that menu, click the Menu link in the Save This Recipe box (to the right of the ingredients list). When the box opens, there will be an option to Create A Menu - click that and you will be able to start making your menu.

Ok, as you add items to your Meal Plan it automatically saves for you! There is not a way to automatically create a Menu from the recipes that you place into your Meal Plan. What you will need to do is grab the recipe # and add it into your Menu.
