    This is just the stuffing - stuff your chicken or turkey with it and cook that according to its size.

    Or are you intending to cook the stuffing separately in the oven or in a crockpot?

    Turn into a large baking pan, about 9 x 13, and bake at 350 degrees, covered, for about 30 minutes. Uncover - bake another 10 minutes or so to brown, or just keep covered and cook 40 minutes.

    When you uncover, check to make sure it hasn't dried out - you can always throw a little more broth on it and stir.
