Zurie, did not know it when I was shooting but guess I plated backwards as my Holiday friends said “I like #1 Deb. You get the whole meal goodness without feeling like your looking up a chicken's butt ” Love my Holiday friends!!

Thanks Steve, sometimes like to go back to the basics and the gravy is something I think you might really enjoy. It was roasted garlic, pan drippings and stock.
