This was a no recipe mix for a quick dinner the other night.

Shrimp, peppers, onions, mushrooms, wine, broth, parm, and a little cream, very little ... then tossed with thin spaghetti and fresh herbs. A very quick and easy dish. Great way to use up stuff and freezer/pantry items. Still healthy,

Wow, the combo sounds and looks great! And cream improves any dish!

(Let's face it -- who cooks to a recipe daily? Certainly not me!)

Zurie, you are right. No recipes are sometimes best.

I took my peppers and onions from my garden which I froze. Also, I cheated, a bag of frozen mushrooms from my local grocer.

Thawed and tossed in evoo. Sauteed, deglazed with wine, added broth, shrimp and finished with cream. It was so amazingly easy.

I love dishes like that which take no time and still taste good, icon_smile.gif
