    "The standard depth for lasagna pans is at least 3 inches, but some deeper pans are 4.5 inches or more in depth. Lengths vary from 14 inches to 18 inches, while widths generally run 10 to 12 inches or more."

    I just usually break up the noodles to fit whatever pan I have available, usually 9 X 13 X 2.

    Pour about 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9X13 pan.
