WOW and thanks I thought the shot was a bit ordinary but guess it makes up for in the taste icon_smile.gif

I think combining the meats the way I did added to the taste too and the previous person who made it did not give it a nice review icon_smile.gif

lol re the appetiser icon_smile.gif One needs to remember my doc directed food lifestyle which soon I will be able to relax for a month, but I don't go crazy as is interesting, when things are removed from the body or lessened and then you reintroduce it or increase it at drastic amounts, the body DOES revolt naturally

I did not eat corned beef for a year (long story and a long time ago) Once I got the ALL CLEAR, what was the first thing I wanted? I typical corned beef sandwich from a Jewish deli etc......

boy did I pay for that lol

thanks Steve always for your time and comments too

Thanks all for continuing to inspire me too!

I could not believe HOW wet the mixture was and the end result...well, I have tried MANY meat loafs worldwide and this would be the only one I would make again...says it all too
