Those look fabulous, Bonnie! How was the texture? I like that they contain yeast as well as other leavening. I saved that one to my cookbook!

The texture was so nice, I did let it rise (not in the directions) before baking and it came out great, a perfect dinner biscuit, I did use Italian Spice instead of just parsley and think next time I might add a something else just because we like the spices. I think you'd like them. I just wish Amy was still around so I could tell her how nice they are.

Thanks Donna, coming from you I'm really flattered - but make sure you use the whole amount of onions.

Seems like forever since I last baked. But last weekend I made a double batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies, so we could have enough for most of the week. I used the recipe off the chocolate chip bag and they turned out very soft, not the undercooked soft either.
This weekend is dedicated to bread making. Since my son has been diagnosed with ADD, he needs complex carbs, so I am back into making my Multi-Grain bread. Today was 8 loaves Multi-Grain, with whole brown flax, sunflower and sesame seeds. I gave it a whole egg wash, hopefully it helps the seeds stick to the outside. I also have 6 loaves White Bread on the go too.

I love multigrain bread. The multigrain cereal mixes are such a great shortcut - you don't have to keep packages of different grains around. I use a multigrain cereal from Trader Joe's lately, also use it for pancakes - Multigrain Kefir Pancakes - made these for breakfast this morning, Mr Grumpy was very happy - he keeps asking what I do to make them special. I think having the different grains makes it so much more interesting.
