    Bonnie, I think you could bake any slightly cakey browney, in a thinner layer perhaps, and then cut out the cooled brownies with a small round cutter, top with whipped cream and the strawberry.

    These and the other one called "Wee Santa s" are both ones I've got to try come next Christmas, they are just to cute and both look pretty simple. I'm wondering though if the white is straight whip cream or a blend of a frosting of some type?
