After about three weeks of feeding DW's appetite for Italian bread, it was time for a change. I respectfully submit for your approval, my Butter top Honey Whole Wheat bread.

All wonderful soft and yummy looking, but the golden color on the first photo has me almost feeling the warmth of the bread.

Your bread baking skills are truly phenomenal! I want to know how you slice the bread so perfectly! Would you consider opening your home for a weekend and offer classes on baking bread? I would be happy to pay for such a class.

What size pans do you use?

i follow a specific recipe and finally gave in and bought professional 5 lb pans that are perfect and don't run over.

Remember Home Pride bread? They stated they poured butter over the top middle where it is indented.

Years ago, I ate JUST that part of a few slices: there was NO BUTTER TASTE!
