    Cranberry Nut Swirls do you use dried cranberries or fresh cranberries

    I would use fresh cranberries, but at least one reviewer used dried cranberries - I think it's up to you. I think the dried cranberries would be sweeter than I would want.

    I think you could use either one.
    On word of caution, if using the fresh, after grinding in the food processor, drain off any excess liquid from the cranberries. If not, it might be too wet.
