Sure, just use the ingredients shown and your normal method for making bread dough.

Take the yeast and sprinkle it over about 2 tbl barely warm water, add 1 tsp of flour, let stand until it gets nice and bubbly.
Melt and cool the butter. Beat the eggs a bit, about like for scrambled eggs.
Stir the bubbly yeast into the milk and then the beaten egg, then finally the melted butter.
Whisk together the flour, sugar and salt and the potato flakes.
Put about 1/3 of the flour into the bowl, pour in half the liquid, and stir together a few minutes with the paddle. Add another 1/3 of the flour mix, then the rest of the liquid and stir some more. Change to the dough hook, add the rest of the flour and combine, then knead until satiny smooth, about 6 or 7 minutes should do it.

Once the dough is nice and smoothly kneaded, shape into a rough ball, and place in a greased bowl, turn to grease the top (i.e., the bottom comes to the top of the bowl - this keeps the dough from drying out). Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let stand in a place away from drafts and let rise until doubled. How long this takes will depend on how warm it is.

Follow the rest of the recipe from this point.
