How do you make the persimmon pulp?

To prepare persimmon pulp, remove the seeds from the ripe fruit (peeling is optional).
Place the seeded fruit in a blender or food processor, and puree it.
Strain the puree through a sieve/strainer.
Discard seeds (and peels if you peeled them).
Place the puree into freezer bags in 1 or 2 cup portions, remove as much air from bag as possible before sealing.
    Store in freezer until needed.
