If you're looking for a sophisticated cocoa recipe, this one is IT!

    Agasajos (Mexican Hot Chocolate)

We've enjoyed this with Christmas dinner for a few years now. I can't always find the plain cherry juice concentrate, so I've tried a couple variations, but it's always a hit. (Especially when I add a little vodka to the grown up pitcher. icon_wink.gif )
    Cherry Lemonade

This one I created to celebrate the rare blue moon happening on New Year's Eve December 31, 2009. The next blue moon appearing on that holiday won't happen until the year 2028.

Thanks - I think it's very important to have nice non-alcoholic choices for people. Not enough to have just sodas.
