Question? I made some divinity and thought it had set up, but it didn't, So I put it in the freezer, froze it, then cut into squares but as soon as it got room temp. it spread out. Is it because its to soft? If so, Can you reheat divinity after its cooled to cook it more? icon_confused.gif

No, it is not going to harden or be able to be recooked at this point. Divinity needs to be made only on days that are dry - humidity is the enemy. Was it humid the day you made it?
