    Gluten-Free Pumpkin-Applesauce Bundt Cake

What is the make up of the gluten free rice flour mix? Do I make it or can I buy it already mixed. Thanks j.s

They vary. You can find them in the baking section almost anywhere these days. I'm not sure if the recipe is calling for a gluten-free all-purpose flour mix or just rice flour.
At any rate, Bob's Red Mill's GF all-purpose flour contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, and fava flour. You could also make your own, but if you don't cook gluten-free on a regular basis it probably wouldn't be cost-effective to buy all those different flours to mix together.
Did you know there is a GF/Celiac forum here? You'll find it under Dietary Forums...
