Pineapple Preserves
Hello, I am using the Ball Automatic jam & jelly maker, would I need to adjust this recipe to make it in that? Thank you

I think your best bet is to look at the recipes that came with the machine and try to figure out how to adjust it.

already checked the website they didn't have a recipe for the pineapple thats why I decided to ask on here

I suggested contacting them through their site. They may be able to give you more specific information than you can get from our guesses. They may be able to point you to one of their recipes that can use an equivalent amount of pineapple instead of the original fruit.

I found their manual online. My best guess is that you do the first two steps as shown - chopping up the pineapple in the food processor and then would transfer to your jam maker and cook it for the time shown in the recipe. It might be necessary to adjust the time, of course.
