Ohmig ... I do not want to blaspheme, but those are 2 of the nicest photos I've seen in a long time.

Those potatoes look absolutely fantastic. I've had dinner, so believe me I am not hungry -- but if I could grab one of those, I'll gobble it up. Congrats on the excellent photos!!! icon_biggrin.gif

I really like the 2nd shot. The potatoes themselves have lots of nice color, and the carrots in the foreground add some more contrast. Looks delicious (and healthy, too!)

I'll take two to go, please. Me and DW would make a meal from those alone. The only food group I see missing is BACON! icon_lol.gif

CS, what did you do to the recipe to get the potatoes look almost like they are wet? Do you have a lot of milk in the mix or other liquid? I made these yesterday with some beef au jus, but they came out like normal twice baked taters...kinda flat looking. Of course, my picture wasn't shot until we got the food to the table and prepared to eat. Mine tasted great, but you worked some special ju-ju with yours to get that shine and glimmer. icon_lol.gif Pitifully, here's what mine turned out like...they remind me of something I'd get at a Denny's restaurant.

    Hi Joe wave.gif
All I do is just scoop out the potato "meat " and mash it
with a fork. Then I add the butter, sour cream, mash well,
and then add seasonings to taste.
Then squeeze most of the water out of the spinach, add
to the potato mixture making sure not to over mix.
Then I lightly stuff the potato shells and bake.
