    I chopped some turkey lunch meat into bite size pieces
    & topped a leftover potato,then baked until the meat had
    slightly crunchy bits. And it was a very,very good lunch. yummy.gif

    I MUST be tired today as I read the title as RE-GIFTING Spanish Twice Baked Potatoes and I had WONDERED how you would do that

    Interested re how the tip of the ham add to the overall photo too!
