Leftover night. This is the only pic I got and it was of my friends plate. MY egg was much better; ooey, gooey, and runny. He likes his egg firm (ick).

Leftover beef, spuds, and gravy from Sundays roast. Added onions, mushrooms, and mixed red, yellow and green peppers, and a spicy pepper from my garden. Cooked everything until it had a little crust; then, added the gravy; and finished with a fried egg.

Peaches for dessert. A easy dinner. But leftovers are the best.

Oh lovely!! It looks delicious, and that egg on top of all the tasty stuff is irresistible! I must confess that I and DH both also prefer runny yolks. But gee, the photo is so good, it makes my tongue hang out. icon_eek.gif

Zurie, my yolk was so pretty, he liked his firm. Yuck. Oh well, take the pics we get. Yes, ooey, gooey, runny, but ... whites set. It was delish for leftovers

I really like that you take take just a little of this and that and make a meal out of it. It is a great way to use up anything you have on hand.

And thx, I agree that hash in on one of my top choices. I will always save that little bit of chicken, or that one potato, etc. And for1 or 2 people, you can make a meal out of that.
