    Question:Crunchy Farmhouse Bread

    Crunchy Farmhouse Bread
This bread looks amazing! I thought I had all of the ingredients, but find that I don't have the natural bran. Would there be any harm in leaving it out, or, what would I sub for it? I think I have some wheat germ. I believe I read somewhere that you need to add more water in using wheat germ to recipes. Thanks for any and all help.

Use a little more oatmeal - that will work out just fine.
