    I would grill portabellos. Whether it is a burger which I would love; or just slices with melted cheese. The salad to me is really a star, so I would keep it simple with a portabello. Since there are veggies in the salad I wouldn't necessarily make another dish wish veggies. but a zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and cheese would be very nice as a side dish.
