Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry With Rice
Do I set the timer for 8minutes as sson as the lid is on, or do I wait to set the timer after the pressure starts jiggling? The food burns if I wait to set time aftef the first 'jiggle. Whats up?

That recipe is for an electric pressure cooker. I suspect yours is not electric, as I don't know of any electric ones that "jiggle".
Cooking time is longer for electric ones. Long grain white rice only takes 4 minutes at 15 psi in a conventional pressure cooker.
