Gee, I'm totally out of the loop here! icon_eek.gif

Deb, how did you get 4 pictures into a square, like that?? icon_eek.gif

The morels interest me -- I don't think I've ever seen them! Sort of an arty photo!! icon_lol.gif

Paymaster, I like the slanted light on that plate of food!

Will try to look in more from now on, as interesting things go on in this thread!

Morels are the very best mushrooms, well, in our area, anyway. They are hard to find unless you know the good spots. If you do know a good area, you keep it to yourself, selfishly! icon_lol.gif They are worth their weight in gold, I kid you not! icon_eek.gif Absolutely delicious!

I made a chicken stir fry last night for dinner, then today me and DW made batch of mini cupcakes for a reception after church on Sunday. Also made Calico Beans in my big 6 qt. travel crock pot, and DW made a big pasta salad. Both are for our grandson's baptism this afternoon. No pics because it's all ready for the trip to their home.

Right time to catch up again.......

lamb chops for other half (they were half price at supermarket)

and at the same time I had venison burgers (they were £2 for 2 quarter pounder patties!)

late night snack while watching the Eurovision song contest

baby sized breakfast... those sausage are just one sausage re-rolled into 3... the bacon is a rasher cut up... tomato is a cherry tomato

Sunday had the family around for Spag Boll, but made the children easier to eat pasta with theirs

    we had spaghetti

been wanting a big stacked (American style) sandwich for a while... so had this for breafast... smoked pork sausauge, hot roast pork and fried onions, topped with bacon !

sausage and mash with grean beans (the mash had mustard, cheese and chives mixed in)

bacon and beans on toast (cowboy food)

leftover sauce from the spag boll, use to make lasagne (but there wasn't enough pasta sheet so it flopped a bit)

had and cheese butty (note the meat stack again... just getting it out of my system ! lol )

been aware of Pie, Mash and liquer for a while but never fancied it... However about a month ago on a food site, someone posted a pic of theirs and it made me want...

    mushrooms on toast

    shop bought mushroom soup

lamb curry (made with lamb steaks that needed using up)

this made me laugh... what do you open it with then, two bananas ???

boiled egg, mayo, crispy bacon and chorizo on toast

    Chinese chicken noodle

    gammon, egg and chips

    and a close up

Wow, Steve! rotfl.gifrotfl.gifrotfl.gif I do admire your energy in taking photos of so much of your food! Sometimes I'm just too lazy to go fetch a camera!

Seems there are a lot of lunches, breakfasts and dinners in your week!! (Just kidding! I love the photos!)

That one of the fork with the egg and ham on it is excellent!!

Street Food, I'm not sure why seafood is so popular, but it certainly is with us. But I am such a "fish snob" -- it has to be as fresh as possible, right off the fishing boats!

Here is a photo that I posted with a recipe that I submitted to a cooking contest this afternoon. I hope it shows off the ravioli to good advantage as it was the only required ingredient.
