    Ham Dinner

    Sun Dec 02, 2012 5:37 am Groupie
This was my ham from Thanksgiving, but I forgot to post the pic. The glaze was a mix of apricot preserves, currant jelly, dijon mustard, and a little brown sugar. This was actually taken before the glaze was completely done. I sliced off a little for the kitties dinner; and of course quality control by the cook.

The salad was from the garden again. The lettuce and maters are so good, nothing else needed, just a little drizzle of balsamic and olive oil.

This is another recipe I need to post. A quick 5 ingredient creamy sauce for pasta. This time I added peas. Not a good pic, sorry.
