    the recipe doesn't say whether we are to cook the sweet potatoes b4 we preparte them for baking - is that what I should do or put them in raw? icon_redface.gif

    Raw - it would say cooked potatoes if that was meant. They bake for 40 minutes or more.

    If the author intended for the sweet potatoes to be cooked, it would say so in the ingredient list. Use them raw.
