CCdJ - These sound magnificent. I WILL be making these!!! I love the fact that you include butter in your hot sauce. That is the true way to make buffalo wings, so why not add it in other thngs. Only thing for DH and I, we will be leaving out is the bleu cheese. We do not care for it. For the dressing, I will sub ranch. Just a personal preference. There is a place we go to that has "Black and Bleu Cheese Curds". They are white cheese curds, breaded, and fried then tossed in hot sauce (I don't think they use butter in their sauce), then they add crumbled bleu cheese. We order it w/o the bleu. But they are TDF!!! We crave them about 2 times a month, then we have to go get them. Of course, you need a few pints of beer to go along with them. MMMMMM.

Fancy Chickpea Salad
Saw this on TV, made it and really liked it. Even Mr Grumpy, who professes not to like garbanzos, ate his sandwich without protest  He asked whether it was some kind of tuna salad.

Best Brine Ever (For Turkey or Chicken)
okay, maybe a little too brazen of me to name it "best" but I don't think it deserved a 1* review by someone who never even TRIED it
whatever, it's my new 'go to' brine for poultry from here on out

Sicilian Eggplant Parmagiana With Spinach
I had to submit a correction, it should be 2 pounds of eggplant, but the software was wonky and kept dropping it.
