    Easy Homemade Almond Roca
    I madr the alond roca,very tasty and good, but, it is very hard and chewy. what did I do wrong, please help??????

    It may have been cooked too long. An accurate candy thermometer makes it much easier, but you also have to be sure to position the thermometer correctly - not touching the pan.

    Mine came out great, but I have to say, it never changed color. No one h ere is complaining thou... icon_smile.gif
