You should contact the posting chef - click the arrow to the right of their name and then Contact This Chef. My guess would be 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves.

Odd that the recipe in question is also missing one of the main ingredients....the package of instant vanilla (or banana flavored) pudding mix, as well as the amounts for the spices. icon_confused.gif
(I have never seen a a recipe for "banana pudding bread" that did not contain pudding or pudding mix in the batter icon_eek.gif )
I suppose there is a first time for everything, LOL

Well, I think the bread is supposed to be more moist like banana pudding, than bread-like. I made the recipe, supposing the spices to maybe be optional, as I saw several other banana bread recipes that did not call for spices. I did toss in a pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle of cloves, which obviously did not make a big difference in flavor.
The bread is indeed very moist. I served it sliced with http://allrecipes.com/recipe/buttermilk-syrup/ (using maple syrup in place of the corn syrup) drizzled over the slices, and slightly sweetened whipped heavy cream over that. It was quite delicious!

Hmmmm, on the added pudding mix. Maybe next time. icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif [/b][/i]
