    They are like golden raisins.

    "A small, pale golden-green grape originating in Turkey. Originally used to make wine, it's primary use today is for raisins. Sultanas are more popular in Europe, and the American variety of the sultana grape is the Thompson seedless."

    Wow, I'm too late!!!!

    Sultanas are exactly like raisins, except golden coloured.

    In South Africa it is a common ingredient, found on shop shelves.

    Ask your shop manager to order it in. It's usually seedless. (Although I love the seeds in grapes and raisins, and it's also very healthy!!)
