    Truffes De Chocolat (French Chocolate Truffles)

    Coat with chocolate sprinkles, shredded coconut, finely chopped walnuts.

    Are we supposed to coat with all at once or are those just the choices to coat each one with...
    (Coat with chocolate sprinkles, shredded coconut, or finely chopped walnuts.)

    I was thinking it should be choose one coating for each but I wanted to make sure.

    I would guess choose one of them - or use cocoa powder, as French Tart did. Or powdered sugar. Or something else.
