I recently bought a small jar of cranberry preserves in a gift shop in Oregon.
I would love to have a recipe for it. It was delicious. Thank you.

There are a lot of cranberry preserves recipes. What ingredients make this unique?

It was not too sweet and there was no orange in it. I don't care for orange in anything unless they are fresh and in a salad or something like that. The preserves were nice and thick and just tasted so good on my mom's scones.
I did look at the Christmas jams after I had posted my question, so I will try the one with strawberries, when I get my new electric jam and jelly maker from Ball. I can hardly wait.
Thank you for answering me so soon. Maxine

Someone posted about that jelly maker in gadgets and said it worked really well. I am sure you will find lots of great recipes to try. I use my breadmaker for making small quantities of jams and jellies, it has a jam cycle.

Welcome to the forum, Maximi! It's great to meet you.

Congrats on your new jelly maker! I'm so envious.
