Has anyone tried removing the chicken skin before making this dish? I'm looking for a way to shave some calories. Thanks!

It's going to be so much moister if cooked skin-on. What I would try is putting the seasoning under the skin, cooking, then removing the skin before eating. I do that with roast chicken.
