I did a search and found that there is a copy cat recipe at another website but you have to register in order to gain access.

I made a search and finally found this recipe which says it is a clone of Wonder Bread called Silvercup that maybe could be the one you are looking for. Read on:

WHOLE WHEAT SANDWICH BREAD RECIPE = WONDER BREAD OR SILVERCUP BREAD -

I wanted bread for sandwiches and toast, and I selected a recipe from Rose Levy Beranbaum’s The Bread Bible. (I still heart RLB.)
This is her basic sandwich bread recipe, modeled after a clone (or predecessor?) of Wonder Bread called Silvercup.
It is a very moist and butter-rich dough. Relying a tip from James Beard (Beard on Bread), I substituted white whole wheat and bread flour (50/50) for the all-purpose flour in the recipe.

And here is this other recipe posted here in Food.com for Wonder Bread:

Copycat Wonder Bread for Bread Machine

This makes a delicious, buttery white bread that is great for sandwiches, toast or just plain with butter.

This has the lightness and texture of Wonder Bread but with a nice buttery flavor. It makes a tall, fluffy loaf that will almost reach the bread machine window. It has a fine crumb, almost like cake. It does all of this using all-purpose flour. You don't need to use bread flour in this recipe.

    2/3 cup lukewarm water
    1 large egg
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons table salt
    5 tablespoons Butter Flavor Crisco
    1/2 cup plain nontfat yogurt
    3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups (16.25 oz to 17.5 oz) all-purpose Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons (or 1 packet) bread machine or instant yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed or
according to your bread machine mfg's directions.

Settings: White Bread, 1 1/2 lb loaf, Medium Crust.

Thanks Beef, I will try this and let you know how well I did. I usually bake cinnamon raisin bread for all the family they seem to like it alot. I use a bread machine on dough setting then let it rise in the pan. I find it's alot bigger and softer than doing it all in the machine. I don't like the compact loafs the machine does....
