    Pan Seared Veal Chops With Rosemary
    this looks and sounds so good i am a bit concern that veal needs to cook longer? i am not sure about this. icon_question.gif icon_razz.gif

    Veal should never be overcooked, as it is very lean. The cooking time is correct, unlwess your chops are thicker.
