Today I MERPed Ginger-Cilantro Linguine recipe # 481058 by Kerfuffle-Upon-Wincle
I made it as written, then added stuff (chicken, mushrooms, green onions) to make it into a meal. So I took photos of both versions.

I think it would work fine. I like white canelli and pinto better too. Next time I make it, I plan on using the other beans.
