    That is absolutely fabulous! I need to visit if just for the breads - many countries in Eastern Europe have a much livelier interest in bread than any of us do. Every supermarket in Lithuania has at least 10-20 types of rye bread, and if you go to the farmers market - well!

    I posted a recipe for an Uzbeki bread, Tashkent Non (Uzbeki Bread) and awalde made it and made this great photograph - she made the stamp to make the wonderful design,
